Broadview Makes Available Google, Microsoft Integrations

Broadview Networks now offers new integrations with popular business applications from Google (News - Alert) and Microsoft that enable employees to get more work done with less effort, according to the company.

That includes Broadview’s OfficeSuite UC for Google and OfficeSuite UC for Microsoft (News - Alert) Office 365, both of which are now available.

These solutions, the company explains, allow users to collaborate and communicate using these productivity applications, and to do so seamlessly. Specifically, they deliver call pop ups, chats, click-to-call capabilities and presence for these applications. They also support secure company-wide chats, the ability to easily update and add notes to Google or Outlook contacts, launch online videoconferences with OfficeSuite HD Meeting and download and listen to voicemail.

Broadview Networks is a provider of cloud-based unified communications. Its OfficeSuite cloud phone system platform allows for HD audio, video and web conferencing; includes an online fax service; features unlimited calling; and provides a toll-free phone number and service.

OfficeSuite is in use by more than 250,000 business people. This solution enables users to manage all their business communications from the mobile-friendly MyOfficeSuite website.

Broadview Networks is among the top 10 North American UC as a Service providers, according to IHS (News - Alert) Inc.’s 2016 UC as a Service Scorecard: North America. Its list, by ranking, of the top UCaaS providers in North America is as follows: 8x8, Vonage, West, RingCentral, Mitel (News - Alert), Verizon, Star2Star, Broadview Networks, Fuze and Nextiva.

Also, Broadview Networks was named a UC Product of the Year Award winner by INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine and its parent company, TMC (News - Alert), for MyOfficeSuite. And last year it was a runner up in the cloud communications category for the INTERNET TELEPHONY and TMC Channel Excellence Awards contest.
